Starting a Video Department at Global Deloitte

I started global Deloitte's first video department in 2005 with a small budget and no personnel.   My initial focus was providing the global CEO a cost-effective way to reach employees all over the world, but we soon built video into a critical communications tool that helped give employees a voice.


I wrote "How Deloitte build video into the corporate strategy" for Strategic Communications Management magazine to share our best practices with other firms.  My creative services team also created a number of guides and tool boxes to help our Deloitte colleagues in member firms around the world build their own video and photography teams.
