Deloitte Global Intranet

A year after I was given responsibility for Deloitte’s global intranet,  we won recognition by Nielsen Norman Group as one of the world’s top ten intranets.  My team enhanced both content and design, and also developed workshops and toolkits so Deloitte member firms could also improve their own intranets.  

This screenshot shows the home page for Deloitte's annual meeting of senior leaders.  I developed the communications strategy for this event and supervised all the on-site and online communications.  Our goal was to give every Deloitte employee a "virtual seat at the meeting."

 

This project was one of two I submitted to obtain accreditation from the International Association of Business Communicators.
