Technology Change at Fortune 500 Retailer

 I created the communications strategy for a Fortune 500 retailer undertaking its biggest technology change in 12 years.  We introduced the change to 3,000 managers by creating this animated video.  


My work for this project also included:

  • Writing the presentation for the COO to introduce the change at the annual leadership meeting

  • Writing emails and presentations from the executive sponsor to senior managers

  • Creating a variety of deliverables (newsletters, online articles, manager briefings, etc.) to communicate about the change  

  • Delivering communications workshops and providing coaching to employees selected as change agents.
